Grief counseling gives you space to talk about your loss at your own pace. Your therapist helps you make sense of what you are feeling, get through the hardest days and the moments that bring grief rushing back, and find a way to carry your loss alongside the rest of your life.
We also help with what often comes with grief, such as anxiety, low mood, poor sleep and strain in family relationships. Families can come in together, and children and teens can have support that fits their age.

There is no set timeline. Some people come for a few months, others longer. Your therapist will check in with you about what is helping and what you need.
Yes. You can meet in person at our Plano (Mapleshade) office or online by secure video from home, and you can switch between the two whenever it suits you. Many clients mix both, for example meeting in person at first and online during busy weeks.
