Whether you’re hundreds of miles away or just stuck at the office, our new Telehealth options empower you to continue your therapy regiment without missing a beat. These flexible and convenient new services also allow you to see your therapist from anywhere. Now you can wear your pajamas and enjoy the comfort of your couch while still making progress in your therapy!
Please contact our offices to schedule Telehealth services with our clinical team. If you’re a current client, please let our staff know that you would like a Telehealth session so we can confirm the scheduling, insurance, and payment details beforehand. New Telehealth clients must live in the state of Texas due to state licensing restrictions. Please let our staff know that you would like to schedule a Telehealth intake when you schedule your first appointment.
*Note: Telehealth services may not be appropriate for all diagnoses and therapies. Gearing Up reserves the right to not offer Telehealth sessions to any client for any reason including clinical, ethical, and professional concerns. In addition, not all insurance plans cover Telehealth sessions. If your plan does not cover Telehealth, Gearing Up can offer a low cost out-of-pocket fee instead. Please contact our office to confirm your insurance and payment details. Telehealth may be used to avoid Late Cancel and No Show fees if clients call our office two hours before their session time (before 5 PM for evening appointments), make the proper arrangements, and receive approval from the treating clinician.
